Music strictly timed at 192 BPM for Tabata High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It contains 3 electronic and 3 rock songs, all of them in two versions. The first one is pure music and the second one includes voice commands for workout. Each song is divided into 8 parts containing 20 seconds workout and 10 seconds rest intervals. This 4 minutes exercise is surrounded with additional 1 min big rest part. So the continuous album playback allows you to exercise 1-12 sets of Tabata HIIT.
